How do you stick to the meditation habit?

Just wanted to do it. It’s stress releasing and it feels good. I have enough time to do it. The 4 minutes start videos helped alot

Me, personally, I struggle EXTREMELY with severe stress and anxiety, especially before sleep when I have something important the next day, usually (but not always) school related, since I’m still a student. Meditation before sleep (because that’s when I meditate) helps me to ground myself/ be present and let go of the day, I basically stop myself from thinking about the future or the past and that always manages to calm my mind and I can actually fall asleep, not have thoughts Olympics. So whenever I think about skipping this part, I remember how nice and calming it is to do so and that always gets me to do it. Maybe you can apply this to your situation. Somehow, at least.
