Well... I try to start out simple by simply recording the weather foe the day... it kind of helps clear out my cobwebs. Then I add any details like the biases I might have experienced that day, any special observations, my mood etc
I write down my daily routine to make sure I don’t miss anything. I write down my new habits I need to practice. Budget list. Things I learned. Things that inspired me. Quotes I like etc
I ask myself to think on five topics each night in reflection of my day: how I’m feeling, my activity, how I’m eating, my environment, and gratitude. I find that by always addressing the same topics every night, I get a clear picture of where I’m at, and I feel less daunted when writing.
