How do you stay on your way? I sometimes forget or postpone meditating. How did you overcome this?

It is not an easy task at all, i used to meditate when i was younger.
It is harder now that im older with a lot more stress. I realized that time is flying by, so meditation and breathing helps to stay in the moment. It comes from a yearing of wanting to be whole. Not wanting to suffer. Its ok to fall, just try giving it a chance, even just 2 minutes can help. Nothing in particular keeps me on the right path but me

I have come to realise the total benefits from daily meditation. Once you realise this it becomes part of your day like cleaning your teeth.
