I have a hard time exercising everyday, but I always think that I’ll feel a lot better after doing it, so it’s worth it. I put on some music or watch a video/series while doing it, and celebrate right after. Hope this helps❤️

I will try and sneak exercise in through out the day. I love putting a resistance band on while I’m doing my normal everyday tasks like cleaning, doing the dishes etc… I will do squats or side lifts, take a break from work and do a few exercises throughout the daym
