Once I want to sleep, I open the app and tick all my habits for the evening.
I read any letter or nightly coaching then i put my alarm and put the phone on the charger. I don’t touch it or check social media or check emails. I dont even go through pictures, i just put it aside.

Schedule the winding down schedule with iPhone and keep router off by 12midnight to cut off social medias. Switch off the phone to sleeping mode. Keep it out of my bedroom.
