Reading can be a powerful tool for relaxation, education, and personal growth. Whether you choose to read lying in bed or sitting up, it’s essential to create a comfortable environment that promotes focus. If you’re reading to unwind, consider incorporating it into your evening routine as a calming ritual. For studying or self-education, find a dedicated space that minimizes distractions. Ultimately, the key is to align your reading habits with your goals, making it a meaningful part of your daily life.

I read in all ways. If I’m laying in the bed reading a book, article or a passage, right before bed or from waking up. I also read if I ever take the train somewhere as I prefer to be in the moment of the scene I’m reading. On an airplane I like to read as well as the lull of the jets help tune out the world if I don’t have my instrumental playing in my head set. I like to read magazines about lifestyle if they are available in offices or waiting rooms.
