Try to think of doing a craft instead! Try to get yourself to do something else, like make some food, or do something of craft. 🙂
I get all my information on social media way before I go to bed so I dont experience FOMO. I only accept messages and calls and limit myself from YouTube and games.
Sometimes I just leave the people who chat with me. Sometimes I fall asleep quickly. Sometimes I'm low on battery so I can't do anything but sleep.
I use my phone as an alarm, so I keep it by my bed. An hour before bedtime, I plug it in and leave it in the top drawer of my night table while I go about my nighttime routine.
