I always have a idea of the meal I want for the next days breakfast. Sometimes I do some mini meal prep the night before. Or I might prepare the whole meal the previous night and heat it up in morning
When I need to eat and I'm running out of time I do the easiest but still nutritious choice like eggs or bacon or sasuge
Boil some eggs for the whole week and put them in the fridge. Then you don't even have to cook breakfast you just have to take it out the fridge.
