To be honest it’s better to eat breakfast whenever suits you. Everyone always tells you to eat breakfast at a specific time of day but you should eat breakfast when it suits you. I can’t eat breakfast too early because my body doesn’t react well to it. You should probably see what your body reacts well to. Maybe studying your eating habits over a couple days/weeks? Me personally it is better for me to eat before exercising so that the food isn’t moving around in my stomach while exercising and I’ll feel better eating after exercising.
