How do you motivate yourself when you don’t feel like working out?

When I don't feel like exercising or working out, I simply think about the feelings I will have AFTER I do it, and what I will feel if I dont do it. If I do, I will feel refreshed and proud. If I don't I will feel ashamed and lazy. So I chose to! Even if I don't feel like it, I never regret working out afterwards.
