When the alarm rings, I simply get up because I know I have to and I have no other option, so in my opinion, discipline is the key, and it's something you build.

I made a shortcut on my iPhone that starts a song after I stop my alarm. By the end of the song I should be standing up and stretching. Completely left my bed. At this point this gives me about a minute and a half to rise and roll out of bed, and start the day in motion, in a somewhat good mood. Shortly after I drink the water that I have by my nightstand in the bottle that I prepped the night before.
