I find the best way to get motivation to get up early to exercise is to remind yourself that this is Me time. Time for you only before work demands get you. I also try to make my exercise routine fun by listening to interesting podcasts. I ease myself into it by first doing a whole body stretch routine, whilst I do this I think of 3 new things I am grateful and think of strong affirmations for myself. This combined makes me feel great. Then to start my routine I do a 5-10mins cardio workout. This gets my body warmed up and my heart rate up which helps me go into my workout. If I went into my workout without having done my stretching or cardio first or have a podcast in mind to listen to then I don’t think I would be able to motivate myself to do it.
So in summary, ease yourself into it and think of somethinh enjoyable to listen to whether that’s a podcast, music playlist or the radio
