It depends on what you want to work on personally. If you want to be more aerobically fit, you can run, walk, dance, bike, Tabata, HIIT, interval train, circuit train, or more. If you want to be stronger, you can do body weight exercises such as planks, crunches, and squats. If you want to be more flexible, you can do stretching and yoga. It really all depends on what you like and what you want to get out of it. For cardiovascular exercises, there are a ton of great videos on YouTube. PopSugar Fitness has some great dance and Tabata videos.
