I don’t push myself. I set a small time aside to just start and see how it makes me feel. In tune with my body, i try to find trust I won’t push too far. If physical is too much, I meditate in a savasana mentally trying to release my pain, or embrace my pain shrinking it with my mind and sending it love.
I listen to motivating music and also think about how short lasting the pain is in comparison to the accomplishment of growing stronger in future.
