Well, something important here is that I had to set a timer on the apps on my phone. So, most of the days by the end of it I cannot use them. Regarding the computer, I try to not play video games during the week, so turning it off is way easier. Lastly, I set a nighttime routine. Everyday I start by making my room darker. Then, I do the usual, cleaning the kitchen, taking my dogs out, brushing my teeth, washing my face and doing my skincare routine. By the moment I’m done I’m already sleepy because I do all of these without my phone. Sometimes it’s difficult not to use it but I discovered that setting bedtime mode in a grey scale helps me. So, as you can see there are lots of things I need to do to be able to disconnect, it wasn’t easy to get there, but now that I’m doing it I can definitely feel the difference. Specially when waking up.
