How do you maintain a consistent Exercise habit that’s robust enough to persist through travel, illness, and injury?

My exercises uses my body weight as opposed to actual weights and equipment. With this my routine is not only mobile but moldable. I don’t need to go anywhere to complete a workout. I can even do some in bed! Which makes it perfect for when I’m not feeling good. With that being said, I can also do my workout in my living room, at the park, or in a hotel because all I need is my body.
