Well when I am in a bad mood, or have zero energy, i do some meditation. It helps me feel more energized. Some days, I just let myself feel bad for that day , but I only let myself be like that for one day. Then at the end of it I write my journals and I express my feelings, so the next day i start fresh

The truth is, I do have energy only the mind tries to act like I don't. Other than that find ways to release less melatonin
