How do you know you’re meditating right?

To be honest with you, there is no wrong way to meditate. Meditation is about stopping and listening. It’s a way to calm yourself. It’s a way to find clarity in what you’re doing. There isn’t even a right way to do it either. If people have been telling you, there is a right way they’re wrong. You can meditate anytime anywhere. Your eyes can be closed. Your eyes can be open. You could be sitting down, you could be laying down, or you could be walking. Meditation should make you feel better. Maybe that’s how you know that it’s working.
