My exercise routine used to be more strength training, but I changed that because it wasn't very enjoyable for me and instead dance to get my blood pumping. In order to start this in the morning, I put on headphones and play dance music. Then the music makes my brain want to jump out of bed and start dancing, so I don't need the willpower to start exercising.
