I read every night for 15-20 minutes before going to sleep! By planning it into your day it’s much easier to keep doing it
I commited to reading at least 30 minutes a day. Also, I chose a book about a topic I'm REALLY curious about. You need both commitment AND choosing a topic you enjoy or are curious about. I do it every day, though sometimes I miss one or two days in a week. But I'm just enjoying this book so much and want to learn so much about what it says, that reading everyday is a pleasure, something I really want to do.
