I have three adult daughters and one of my goals is to stay healthy and active enough to one day be a part of my not-yet-Born grandchildren. ☺️

Once you wake up in the morning close your eyes in a quiet place in your house and imagine this: if you are in good health and shape how will your family benefit from it? How will your work, your business benefit from it? Also, how will you personally benefit from it? Find strong motivators like these to keep pushing until exercising becomes a habit. once it does you’ll suprisingly find an inner force ti keep going

I compete with myself! I alternate walking/running one day then exercising the next day. On walk/run days I push to run a little longer than the last time. On exercise days, I strive for a couple more repetitions or deeper stretching.

I don’t worry about it. Sometimes it’s better to do the “better than nothing exercise”, than not doing anything at all.
I do try to push myself at least 3x week though.

Just add 1 every rep each week. 1 extra push-up, 1 extra sit-up etc. Its amazing how quickly you’ll go from 3 to 30 to 60 to 90.

I started the exercise as a 1 mile walk, and will add strength training later.

Personally, it’s better to do the bare minimum than nothing at all, but if increasing intensity is your goal, simply try to expand the lower quartile of what you want to do, instead of doing 5 pushups, try 6, that sort of thing
