How do you incorporate a morning workout? What exercises do you do and when? Like first thing or after coffee?

I just start with something that makes me feel good! I go to bed as soon as I feel tierd then in the morning I start with something like sitting in bed stretching and then a lot of times I move to a yoga flow out of bed that makes me feel good! I think the most important thing is to not force it otherwise you won’t like it or want to continue!!! Do what makes you feel strong and beautiful!!
