I prefer doing stretches to loosen the muscles on my body when I wake up. It helps to get my body started and feel more energized
Something quick and easy but something that I want to practice at least a tiny bit every day is being able to do a pull up. It’s quick because all I can do right now is jump up and hang on to the bar for as long as possible, a few seconds. But I’m already being able to hold on for longer after a few days!
