How do you arrange your workout days? Do you do arms one day, legs the next, chest the day after that and so on. .Or do you do a full body workout each day? Thanks in advance for your answer!

A full body workout is what I usually do. Equilibrium is paramount for me, and that way, the body and, more importantly, the mind does not wobble to one direction leaving the others completely defenseless or left behind.
