I don't eat before working out in the morning, but my post workout meal is breakfast. I eat a simple "cuscuz" with a fried egg.
Pre workout I don't eat. I mostly try to excercise in a fasted state. 🙂
After the excercise I'll have my vitamins with pleanty of collagen water. And I love to eat cucumber.
I'll slice it up, add a hint of salt, and it's my favourite snack. ☺️
