When I notice myself deviating from my routine or feeling mentally detached, I first permit myself to experience the emotion. Then, I ask myself what is causing this disconnect and why. After creating a quiet space and meditating, I find it helps me acknowledge the feeling and then release it. Personally, this process helps me feel more balanced and grounded before sleep. Thanks to my Fabulous Journey and the guidance I’ve gained, I understand it’s not healthy to end my day feeling unbalanced or with a negative mindset.
