How do you get back on track? What time do you have breakfast?

I tend to have breakfast at 7:00am, after getting ready. It’s a great way for me to start the day off right, and whenever I don’t get a great breakfast I can definitely feel a drop in my energy levels.

I’m bad at following a timed schedule. But I always drink tea or coffee in the AM. My breakfast is the toasted bagel, nuked leftovers, or bowl of cereal that I can prep in the time it takes the water to boil with a side of haphazardly washed fresh produce, or dried fruit. Once I linked breakfast with that first cup, it happened naturally.

Breakfast is really important to me as I could faint during the day. I get back on track by making a to-do list with simple tasks on it, such as making the bed, brushing my teeth, etc. My breakfast time varies from 9:10 to 10:00, depends on what time I wake up.

I just push myself to do it because once I have done that task I know it will lead to success throughout the years and I try to have breakfast as soon as I have finished my first task or just woken up.
