Eating great breakfast is amazing but what should we do if we feel lazy and fatigue to wake and prepare 1 hour breakfast ? And alternative solution ?

That’s actually a very good question. I suppose you shouldn’t prepare 1 hour breakfast. You should make an also healthy breakfast but with less preparing instead. Some examples are; A toasted sandwich with cheese,egg and avocado or a tortilla with same or other ingredients 😁
