An apple is a really good fruit to have. There are big and small apples depending on how hungry you are and they don’t take long to be prepared. An apple can be cut up into prices to be eaten more easily or just eaten as is. And of course, as they say: an apple a day keeps the doctor away!
I feel like apples and strawberries; with strawberries it’s pretty much already there all you need to is wash it. But with apples, most people cut it with the food so it depends on personal preference
The first one that came to mind was apples. Their juices don't spill as much but they are very healthy, rich in fiber and antioxidants.
I recommend berries! Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries…you name it! Wash them quickly and throw them into your breakfast without creating any huge messes.
Bananas for sure!! you don’t need to wash it or cut it you just have to peel it off! great for lazy & yummy breakfast😋💗
