I’m allergic to nuts but I think they’re a great, filling, easy, on the go snack. Know of any alternatives to replace this great snack option?

Small fruits or chopped up fruit. Cereal/protein bars/bites that don’t have nuts (can be homemade so they are healthier). Raisins.

Protein bars are also really good and filling, though stay away from the ones with nuts of course! Yoghurts and fruits, though not so easy to consume through the day, are great too.
