Would you suggest that Intermittent fasting is beneficial? I have started around November 2018 but I have not experienced any noticeable negative effects.

Well i have never tried it before but some of my friends tried and said it worths and benefical. For me, if i "try" to put limits to the times im eating, i'll probably feel overwhelmed. But i dont feel the need to eat a lot in my daily life so i never think to try it before.

There is scientific evidence suggesting several potential benefits of intermittent fasting. Some studies have shown that intermittent fasting can help with weight loss and body composition improvements. It may also have positive effects on insulin sensitivity, blood sugar control, and inflammation levels. Additionally, there is some evidence to suggest that intermittent fasting could potentially improve brain health and longevity, although more research is needed in these areas.

While intermittent fasting may not have caused noticeable negative effects for you, it's important to consider some potential drawbacks and considerations. Intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with certain medical conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with a history of disordered eating. It's also important to ensure that you're meeting your nutritional needs and not experiencing any negative effects on your energy levels, mood, or overall well-being.

If you have been practicing intermittent fasting since November 2018 without any noticeable negative effects, and you are satisfied with your results, it suggests that it may be working well for you.

I have never tried intermittent fasting, so I cannot give any advice on that, but I do know people that have tried it and it has worked out well for them. I think that intermittent fasting might help, but you are still eating the same amount of food in a day, right? I don't think it will help you lose weight, if you are going for that.
