How do you fall asleep quicker and easier when you can’t sleep?
Falling asleep quicker can be achieved through several effective strategies. Establish a calming bedtime routine, such as reading or practicing deep breathing exercises, to signal to your body that it’s time to wind down. Keep your sleep environment comfortable and dark, and avoid screens at least an hour before bed. Additionally, consider using techniques like progressive muscle relaxation or visualization to ease your mind. Consistency is key, so try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day to reinforce your body’s natural sleep rhythm.
I find good articles or a short story to read. Reading always makes me sleepy after so long. After that I then tune into a devotional or audio bible reading on my phone and fall asleep to that.
