How do you do the Buddhist meditation practice?
To practice Buddhist meditation, begin by finding a quiet space where you can sit comfortably. Close your eyes and focus on your breath, noticing each inhale and exhale. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath. You may also choose to focus on a mantra or an intention. Aim for consistency by setting aside a few minutes daily to establish this meaningful ritual. Over time, this practice can help cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and develop lasting healthy habits.
Basically until I become an expert or well versed in the practice I seek out those with the knowledge to assist me. I use an app with different meditation facilitators who are versed on different practices.
