How do you disconnect? What habits have you tried to help you naturally disconnect?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Disconnecting is essential for mental clarity and overall well-being. To cultivate this habit, try establishing a daily ritual where you set specific times to unplug from technology. You might start with a 'digital sunset'—turning off devices an hour before bed. Engaging in activities like reading, journaling, or spending time in nature can help you naturally disconnect. Experiment with different habits to find what resonates with you, and remember that consistency is key to making this routine a lasting part of your life.

Thirty minutes before going to bed, shut down your devices. You know what time do you usually go to bed, so set a timer to, thirty minutes before, turn them off and put you cellph9ne to charge for the next day, in a room far away from your bedroom. Once you do that, go brush your teeth, take a shower, prepare your things for the next day like clothing or schoolbag, read 10-15 minutes and once you have done all of that you’ll see that it is already time to sleep. Personally, it helps me a lot to be a bit busy before going to sleep so that I no longer go to my phone.
