How do you deal with pain during your workouts (especially when you’re just getting started)?

Actually I'm following a program of an application, I have worked out 3,4 days consecutively, then rest day, so the program is easy, I support that little pain of muscles, and after 3 days it's done

I'm just starting out too, usually I just kinda "ignore" it and go on with the exercise, if it gets too bad I take a 5 minutes break. Good luck!
