Believe in yourself. Listen to podcasts, affirmations, cut out toxic people, exercise and meditate. You are capable of so much. Remember that you are loved and that things will get better for you eventually. Keep going, you’ve got this.

I normally get out of the house or have a good cry, listen to music and talk to my best friend and just let it out because it's better to talk about it with someone who could b a listening ear or go to therapy because not everyone would be able to deal with it in the manner that I do and mental help isn't a joke and please never forget to check on your friends you never know what someone is going through.
