How do you celebrate good sleep habits? How do you create positive associations with falling asleep or going to bed

Hi! I do my beauty routine… put my face cream with a slight massage. Do some stretching before bed and switch lights off – no mobile before. I hope it helps*

I will wake up earlier so that I will have to sleep early as well. I also will keep the same routine everyday so it helps it become permanent. I usually shower and then get dressed then I put on nature sounds as I read after a few chapters I use a manifesting meditation before I sleep
