How do you become more present whilst reading and avoid your mind wandering all over the place
To become more present while reading and avoid your mind wandering, try these strategies: set a specific reading goal, establish a distraction-free environment, and practice mindfulness before you begin. Engage fully by summarizing what you read or asking questions about the material. Start with shorter reading sessions to build focus, gradually increasing the duration as you improve. Creating a consistent reading ritual can also help reinforce your habit and enhance your overall experience.
