how do i work on keeping up with the unplugging habit?

Ive created a routine where i set a time for me to check out of all teachknowledgy it started as a small habit doing it twice a week. And started to see the benefits of switching off at those times and replacing it with another healtgeir habit that i enjoyed which was mindfullness.
