How do I start going to sleep earlier on a regular basis?

Start small. Go to bed 5, 10, 15 minutes earlier than normal. Keep slowly increasing the time until you reach your desired new bed time

i’m not the best person to be answering this but i’ll try lol. if you have a free two weeks, start going to bed at the same time every night and waking up without an alarm to gauge how much sleep your body needs. then you can adjust the time you go to bed to best fit your schedule.
if you’re just looking for a way to go to bed at the same time regardless of sleep hours, set a bedtime alarm that tells you to go get ready for bed. also, plan your day ahead of time so you’re not working later than you intended. hope this helps!
