I leverage everything in my power, I have Alexa remind me at 7:00pm to start to unplug and unwind, meaning, no screens, or blue light.
A little after I start my Fabulous bedtime routine alongside my CBD drops at 8:00 so by 9:00 pm I’m tired and in bed. At 8:30pm My thermostat is set up to go 65* which is the recommended temperature for sleep. Avoid food and water 4 hours before bed to avoid waking up in the middle of the night.
