I like to do yoga and at the very end when I’m too tired to even think I just lay in corpse pose, breathe & meditate. I have noticed more success after a 30-40min session.

I focus on my breath, when a though come my mind, I form a visualization of it. On my next out breathe, I imagine pushing away this thought, like it was disappearing in the horizon
