I am no nutritionist or professional but I believe it might help if you eat more fibrous foods( like apples/ broccoli, even some nuts. What they ( fibers in them)provide to your body is fullness that way at 11a.m you should not have these cravings. That means it will take longer for you to become hungry because of the fiber in the food! Be careful with cashews because they can contain more calories than some other nuts.

Personally I would try to resist as much as I can but if I cannot then recognize what are your craving specifically and eat a healthy alternative like seeds and nuts or you can just drink any kind of tea u like or water but remember that these cravings are rooted from ur emotions and remind yourself what you will feel after if you gave in especially if you already ate your normal meals and all of that

Maybe, don’t try to to avoid it instead replace any Junk food cravings with something healthy like fruits or try planning your schedule in a in very specific way that makes you more eager to prioritize important stuff over a craving.
But remember things are easier said than done and it is important to practice mindfulness one day at a time. I really struggle Time Management and Procrastination a lot of times and hope to practice this effectively, myself. Best of luck to you though !
