How does one consistently wake up at 6 in the morning?

You begin to start a routine and plan to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time, eventually it’ll become a habit/routine and you’ll be able to keep waking up at the time you wanted. You also got to drink less caffeine before bed to be able to have a great nights rest. Water in your bedside table helps

It's really difficult at first, and ngl I hit the snooze button more often than not but my morning shifts require me being at work around 8:30 am which means I have to leave the house around 7:50, hence waking up around 6ish gives me enough time to do my morning skincare, make my bed, take my meds, put my make up on and eat a breakfast. Otherwise my day is rushed which makes me already annoyed since waking up.

Basically the time of starting the cycle of sleeping needs to be precise and it needs to be a habit. I sleep at 10 to get my 8 hours of sleep which is extremely important. The food you eat helps too cuz when I don't eat enough I am not able to sleep on my special time aka 10 pm, it depends on people if I'm being honest but I hope you succeed in this journey.
