I would like to get ideas for more easy to prepare breakfasts, especially for busy mornings.

Do all the pancakes (mixture and cooking) when you have a lot of time (eg weekends), froze them and each morning simply put 1/2 already made frozen pancake in a pan. 10/10

I usually soak nuts before bed and have fruits ready for the next morning. so I can drink milk with the nuts and fruits for my breakfast

You could have boiled eggs on the stove while you are taking a shower, toasted bread as well. Or if you have time at night, prepare your breakfast at night instead of cooking it in the morning. I hope this makes sense. ☺️

Yogurt with berries and granola is always a great option, or you could have some oatmeal with your favorite toppings. If you like a bigger breakfast but do not have time to prepare one in the mornings you can meal prep ahead of time. For example you could make pancake batter ahead of time like at the beginning of the week and keep it in your fridge that when you want pancakes that week you can just take out the batter and cook them. This will save you a lot of time. Hope this helps, this is just what has worked for me personally.
