Depends on the morning. If I have time and energy making a nice warm meal and putting in the effort to cook makes me feel rewarded while cold breakfasts are better for mornings where I’m not feeling great and just need a quick boost of energy
Warm. However I don’t mind a cold breakfast either. In fact, cold oatmeal is surprisingly enjoyable in the form of overnight oats. I use coconut milk with some pumpkin and spices for a nice easy breakfast.
