This is a brilliantly question because I often struggle with this. However I found a way that ma y also work for you, when your alarm goes off, think about someone or something that you care about and tell yourself that you are gonna wake up and start the day right for them. It works for me, but overall it’s about controlling yourself and knowing what to do. Hope this somehow helped.😊
Don’t rely on just the alarm to get you up – eg I like to sleep with the curtains open when I can do the light can help get me up in the morning.
