How do you keep a sleep schedule… I want to maintain going to bed at roughly the same time every night but it fluctuates between 11pm-2am

I find that meditation has been one practice that has really helped me. As soon as I meditate, my brain processes that it’s time to sleep now. If meditation doesn’t work for you, try any activity that you don’t do at any other time in the day and that can be your ‘sleep trigger’
