I don’t really think one can remember their dreams. I certainly can’t. But I do believe that right after waking up noting them down might help. Hope it was helpful.
I find that if I know I am having a dream, staying still in bed while I am sleeping helps me to retain that same dream and let it continue and will sometimes let me remember it when I wake up. I learned in a class that I took on sleep that you can think of a dream as a really delicate cloud in your brain, and if you move around too much, you might cause the cloud to disintegrate, which disrupts the dream.
