How can you stay focused on a day?

I have a set time I get up early every morning & I Focus On Doing Only One Thing At A Time. First Thing I Do In The Morning Is Have Quiet Time & Meditation Which Can Be Reading Or Several Different Things & Prayer. And I Make Our A List Of A Few Things I Wanna Do Or Need To Get Done That Day & If I Get Them Done. I Reward Myself By Doing Something I Like To Do Or Enjoy; But Something That Is Also Healthy For Me Mentally, Emotionally, Or Physically.
